The number of CD’s available for the agency to distribute for Desktop, LAN and WAN versions are based upon 1% of the annual transaction volume level selected

Number of Guides Issued are determined from TMC Reports Issued in June

Additional Guides can be purchased at scheduled rate.

Official Travel Planner CD updates and Resource Guides will be sent to central distribution points - not to exceed 15 locations.
